MHM Digital is an all-in-one marketing platform. Plans are billed monthly. SMS, email, phone, and payment processing usage may require additional usage fees depending on business volume.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you store, messages you send, and compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws, including consent for SMS and email. You must keep account credentials secure.

Accounts and billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, MHM Digital is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
